Azizul Hassan SATTER
SATTER is a seasoned professional accountant having experience in different areas of finance, internal audit and risk management for more than 12 years. Before joining ESS, Satter was the Head of Internal Audit in BRAC International overseeing internal audit function in BRAC overseas offices in 12 countries in Asia, Africa and Americas. He also managed USAID, DFID, DFAT, CIDA, MasterCard Foundation and Gates Foundation funded audit in BRAC overseas offices. His job in BRAC international took him to different countries in Asia, Africa and Americas and gave him a unique orientation in different cultures and management philosophies. He also spent 2 years in Getco Online (a leading ISP in Bangladesh) and Getco Business Solutions (an international Call Center) as the head of Finance & Accounts. He started his career in KPMG Bangladesh and performed advisory and assurance services for KPMG’s local and multinational clients (e.g. Central Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citi Bank NA, DBBL, Habib Bank, Ericson, Watsila, KAFCO, ACI Group and Transcom Group). Satter has a Master’s degree in accounting from the National University, Bangladesh and is an associate member of ICAB. He is also a member of IIA and actively engaged in its training and professional development activities.
Mohammad JOBAIR Rahman Khan
JOBAIR joined ESS & Partners with extensive working experience in taxation, company secretary, corporate affairs and in financial accounting & reporting. Jobair in his immediate past role served IDLC Finance Limited as one of the members of its Leadership Team and led its group taxation, group company secretary and group corporate affairs functions. He gained expertise and experience in tax planning, company act and SEC regulations, regulatory affairs, formation of companies and in regulatory aspects of fund raising. Before joining IDLC Finance Ltd, he worked in KPMG Bangladesh and served its various assurance and advisory clients (e.g. SCB, Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Citibank NA, HSBC, Bangladesh Bank, ACI, KAFCO, DANIDA).
Jobair is a fellow member of ICAB and completed his BBA and MBA from the University of Dhaka. He as a guest faculty teaches in Master of Accountancy and Taxation program in the University of Dhaka
M Redwanur RAHMAN
Redwan is a professional accountant with about 14 years’ experience of working in senior roles for global and local organizations. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant from KPMG Bangladesh and briefly served KPMG Bangladesh in its audit and advisory services wing. He has worked in MetLife Bangladesh for ten plus years and before joining auditing practice in May 2022, Redwan was the Financial Controller for MetLife Bangladesh. Here, he played lead role in the implementation of Oracle based GL System (PeopleSoft), Treasury Work Station (Kyriba) and Automated Recon Solution (Cadency). In addition to Bangladesh Office, Redwan has worked for MetLife in Hong Kong. Before joining MetLife, he served as Chief Financial Officer for LankaBangla Investments Limited and Union Capital Limited. He was also the Head of Internal Audit for AIG ALICO Bangladesh Branch at the beginning of his career. Redwan completed BBA (major in Accounting and Information Systems) from University of Dhaka. He is actively involved in different activities of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh and served as a member of the Dhaka Regional Committee (DRC) of Bangladesh CA Institute.

SHAHRIAR Istiaq Halim
SHAHRIAR extends his 13 years of working experience, majority of which was engaged in CXO role, of creating value for the entities through crafting Business Strategy, implementing ERP (Project Manager in SAP S4 HANA), improving critical business process and importantly by acting as a catalyst for change management. He is a Growth Business Strategist and strong advocate for Business Process Automation. He has experienced different stage of business life cycle while working for Listed NBFI (Recovery Strategy), Listed Cement Manufacturing Company (Growth Strategy) and renowned Textile and Apparel Composite (Turnaround Strategy). Earlier to joining industry, he worked for Big Four Audit Firm in Bangladesh where he explored different industries like telecom, banking, pharmaceuticals etc. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (ICAB) and he has also completed his MBA with major in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Dhaka. He used to get involved with ICAB, IBA and other institutes as a faculty member.
He is currently the Executive Director (ED) of Purbani Group, a 45 years old and renowned textile & apparel composite in Bangladesh.
